KEEP IT CLEAN PROGRAM
SERVICE AGREEMENT
By joining the Keep It Clean Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Cancellation & Refunds – You can cancel anytime, but monthly payments and initial investments are non-refundable if canceled less than 3 business days before your appointment.
2. Extra Charges – I understand that the Keep It Clean Program includes no extra charges, except for work beyond the half hour touch-up.
3. Technician Assignment – Only one technician will handle your job at a time.
4. Cleaning Standards – Cleaning results may vary, and PSH Floor Care will work with you to meet your expectations.
5. High Traffic Areas – Heavily soiled areas may need multiple visits to get to PSH standards.
6. Post-Cleaning Cancellation – If you cancel after a cleaning but before your monthly payment, the charge for that month still applies.
7. Initial Payment – The first payment covers your first quarter’s cleaning, not the next 3 months. Monthly pre-payment billing starts the month after your first cleaning.
8. Monthly Billing – You’ll be charged monthly (12 times per year) to receive at least four scheduled cleanings and optional monthly touch-ups.
9. Access & Notifications – You don’t need to be home, but must allow access to your home either door code or garage code. PSH Floor Care will send notices 30 days before, 15 days before, the day before and on the service day.
10. Service Photos – Photos of completed work are available and will be sent to you via email or text with a link to view your photos.
11. Initial Cleaning – The first cleaning may take longer than subsequent cleanings.
12. Rescheduling – Appointments may be moved due to weather or emergencies, with a 14-day reschedule window.
